When creating a support ticket on Microsoft 365 Admin Center, at the bottom of the ticket creation, there is an option for attachment right? And it states that one can attach either a photo or video ...
Of FFS Microsoft, a year later and I see the same behavior about which CHI-Lynx correctly complained; that the world's most common video container format. .MP4, is not allowed by the Microsoft 365 Admin Centre open-a-support-request attach-a-VIDEO function. (To the person who suggested the workaround of embedding the very same .MP4 file in a .PPTX and attaching that, thank you - it's wildly stupid of Microsoft to make us do such a thing, but it does seem to work). Microsoft, fix this!
