Remove OneDrive access for E3 users
We have some users with E3 licenses that we need to block onedrive access while still keeping the files. I know that onedrive is tied to sharepoint so if we need to disable access to sharepoint as well that is fine. Is there a way to do this? I have seen ways to do it by changing the site collection admin.

Removing those users as Admin from their ODFBs and adding another Admin is the way to go
