Problem 2fa authenticator
Hello, I am the Microsoft 365 administrator. I have encountered a problem: I changed my phone and forgot to enable the 2FA feature in the Authenticator on the new phone. Now, I can't access my admin page. Is there a solution to this? Please help me.

You have no way but raise a support ticket to Microsoft if you are the only admin under your tenant

I have the same issue as Abdel1996 reported. I opened a ticket which I received via text. I can't receive emails to my account as every time I try to login, it requires the MFA from MS Authenticator. Therefore, I can't check on the ticket status via Microsoft support center if they are trying to send me an email. All things run through the Authenticator. I tried to open a chat but it wants me to sign in to the admin account. Is there a way to talk to a live person? I am the only global administrator for our domain. I am really stuck and going in circles.
