Please refer to the below methods to obtain support from Microsoft, if you didn't subscript any extra services like Premier service (or call Unified now....)
Btw, I would suggest the below action item first:
Sign in to Microsoft 365 with your Microsoft 365 admin account, and select Support > New service request. If you're in the admin center, select Support > New service request.
