PDF & Word downloads failing again in office 365

As of 2 days ago and for the 3rd time I cannot download Word or PDF documents from my emails in online office 365. When I called them I was told by their "support team" that they do not produce or support PDF documents and seemed least bit interested.  I reminded them I was paying a monthly fee and that I was a customer. Microsoft needs to get their act together and stop the piss*** contest with Apple.
