Hello, Why in older versions of Outlook, when you sent an email, could Recall Message with Actions option, in outlook 365 even you have that option the message is not recalling even if receiver does...

- Check if Cloud-Based Recall is enabled in your organization’s Exchange settings.
- Use “Undo Send” in Outlook Web or Outlook.com for a short delay buffer.
