"Other" section populating in 365 App launcher

We have some users that show an "Other" section when they click on the app launcher in the upper left hand corner of the 365 page and then click the ALL tab.  If they scroll to the bottom of all their apps, there is an "Other" section.  Listed in the other section are tiles labeld "My New App" and when they open them, they are brought to an Access web apps page that tells then Access web apps are being retired.    

 

Does anyone know how to remove this "Other" section or how it even gets populated?  See pics attached.

    Yeap, I have seen this before. By the way, I wouldn't worry so much about this "Other" section since Microsoft is starting to release a new App Launcer to Office 365
