A link to the user's ODFB should be included in the email notification you received. If not, simply browse to it directly, using the familiar format: https://tenant-my.sharepoint.com/personal/user_domain_com/

- You're supposed to update the link with your tenant name and the user name. If you are having trouble with that, open your own ODFB, copy the URL therein, then update it to match the user's details.
