Yeah, I'm seeing the same for the ODFB report. Looks like the "Display anonymous identifiers instead of names in all reports" setting is taking effect even though it's disabled :)

You can resolve the issue by following these steps:
- Go to http://portal.office.com/.
- Go to Settings, Services & Add-ins, and then Reports.
- Disable the Display anonymous identifiers instead of names in all reports setting.
