O365 Exchange connectors apply spam filters before checking certificate

This makes inbound connectors more or less useless and the solucion described for multifunctions will not work in the majority cases.
Is it unusual for companies to just have a consumer-type fiber in other countries? Certainly where we are, almost all circuits reverse-dns resolve to a name which contains dynamic in their name and they don't switch you to a special IP range when you contract fixed ip.
