New subdomain SRV record for Skype for Business

The parent domain is abc.com and have all the records added and validated. Added a subdomain xyz.abc.com and added all the DNS entries, however unable to add Skype for Bussiness SRV records (_sip and _sipfederationtls) for this subdomain as it fails during the checks. Unable to add in DNS provider (Namecheap) as there is already an entry for the parent domain.

Having checked the link below I can see that those SRV records are necessary in external DNS.
