Microsoft Imagine Licenses Not Showing Up in Account
Hi Everyone,
I am writing about this in the community, because MS help wasn't.
I have an Imagine license to download several software packages, which I have done in a kind of broken up series of downloads, and I fear that the system hasn't recognized the over 30 packages I downloaded.
Specifically, I don't have my licenses for Project, Project Server, Sharepoint, or Exchange, as well as many others. I've tried using the agreement number and top-level Product Keys, but they don't work.
Should I redownload all of the packages again (ISP gave us DL limit warning last time I did)?
Or, is there a way to have the keys propogated into my Imagine Account?
