Microsoft 365 E3 Extra Features license
I now see a new license in our admin console. Microsoft 365 E3 Extra Features It did not auto apply to existing Office 365 E3 or EMS E3 users. What is in this line item?

One feature in this must be the Bing Chat Enterprise. Turning it on made Bing chat switch to protected mode.

Here it shows a relation to "Windows_Autopatch" could that be or how is it related to Bing Chat Enterprise? Is this license free and why has it been added, by itself?
