When you call MS support, yell "Data Protection" or "Admin Lockout" at the automated bot right away. If it keeps dropping your call, log into any secondary tenant (or just spin up a free trial tenant), open a support case from there, and tell them you need a Data Protection callback for chadbarnettlawfirm.com. They'll have you create a DNS TXT record to prove ownership and unlock the GA. Btw, if you bought the subscriptions through GoDaddy, Pax8, or another CSP, skip the phone tree entirely and contact their support, they can unlock it via partner portal access.
