Hi,
Sorry to hear about this situation.
If you cannot find a Global Administrator and cannot open a support ticket, you may still have a few options:
- Check if another account in the tenant has the Global Administrator role.
- If your Microsoft 365 subscription was purchased through a partner (CSP), contact that partner for assistance.
- Contact Microsoft Support and explain that you have lost access to the Global Administrator account and cannot create a support case from the tenant.
- Be ready to provide proof that you own the domain chadbarnettlawfirm.com, such as domain registration details, billing information, or Microsoft 365 invoices.
- Ask Microsoft about the tenant admin recovery process. They may have a procedure to verify ownership and restore administrative access.
I understand your frustration, but try to focus on the account recovery process when speaking with support. The more ownership information you can provide, the easier it will be for them to help.
Good luck, and I hope you regain access soon.
