Login problems, continuously getting the same message

I ran into similar issue today on 22nd February 2025. Turns out that the user sign-in was flagged as risky, and it had to be dismissed. That is the reason no method was being shown since it may reveal other methods that could be used in a scenario where this might been a real attempt.
Once the risk was dismissed the loop disappeared. It's likely doing Dr. Strange loop thing to minimize and contain the attempts.
So, how did you dismiss it?
