ist it necessary to setup a Microsoft 365-Account for a consultancy

Hi there, I have a customer who needs me to setup an Azure SQL Server Db, some Flows with Power Automate and also to make some changes in SharePoint. Is there a way, he can provide me with the needed rights on my own Microsoft365-Account? Or does he need to buy an additional licence? Your feedback is highly appreciated.
