- Take a look at the Email app usage report in the M365 Admin center: https://admin.microsoft.com/#/reportsUsage/EmailClients
you can use the cloud apps discovery in the Defender for Cloud Apps but for sure you need your users to be licensed with E5 or with the defender plan that includes the MDCA capabilities. .
