How do email onmicrosoft domains work to the actual domain?
So I have an email thats being used with a system. The email is on the lines of "support {at} domainname . c0m" . Now this works fine for the support system, but the system sends back an email on the...
- Apr 29, 2024Generally speaking, in Exchange you can only send from the primary SMTP address, the one with capital SMTP prefix. So in your case, make sure the address you want to use is set as the primary one.

- calvin_evirdApr 30, 2024Copper ContributorThanks Vasil, this was very helpful. The onmicrosoft was indeed set as the primary SMTP. We've now updated it to the actual address I want and the problem has been resolved. Cheers!
