Error 500 Import in Compliance Admin Portal
Hi Community,
we are moving some customer exchange mailboxes to new M365 tenants. This workes fine with PST import in the compliance admin portal. But on one tenant we get error 500 when opening this URL:
Clientfehler
The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.

What could be the problem?? On all other tenants this URL workes.

just have the same problem with a tenant. Also with mailbox import-export permission.
Since just now I also get a new error message when I click on the import tab "Client Error
The service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. Microsoft has been made aware of this issue."
Previously I had the same error message as you.

We also have the same problem in 2 new tenants. Support Cals to Microsoft are out, but we haven't received any meaningful answers yet.
