Distribution List & Security Group
I need a group that is a distribution list (so we can send emails to members of the group) & a security group (so I can assign the group to intune policies). How do I accomplish this? I don't want ...

You can use Mail-enabled security groups. In Microsoft 365, these are created via the Exchange Admin Center, or in the M365 Admin Center > Teams & Groups > Active Teams & Groups > Security groups > Add a mail-enabled security group.

Thanks, I always thought these groups had to go to Groups in Outlook to view email... I see they don't.
My other question is how do I allow one of our users to be an owner and add/remove members? Do they need to have permissions for Admin/Exchange admin site? or is there another way?
