Can't share a mail to Teams from a shared mailbox
Whenever I try to share a mail from a shared mailbox into teams it fails. It says "Mail couldn't be opened. Close the window and try again." (translated) And it can't be the channel setting because...
Not sure if this is a supported scenario, as shared mailboxes are usually filtered out of Teams. Moreover, it requires the add-in, and most add-ins do not work in delegate scenarios. At the very least, you will need to configure the shared mailbox as additional account in Outlook (via File > Add account) first.
