Exciting Updates Coming to Conversational Diagnostics (Public Preview)

It has been a year since we introduced Conversational Diagnostics (Public Preview) during Ignite 2023, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. Users appreciated the ease of engaging in conversational dialogues to identify issues and receive tailored solutions, all within the Azure Portal. As we continue to innovate and enhance Conversational Diagnostics, we are excited to announce several new functionalities and expansions.

New Functionality and Expanded Azure Products Integration

Since its release, Conversational Diagnostics has evolved significantly. We are delighted to introduce new functionalities that will be available across the following Azure Products:

• Azure Web App (Windows/Linux)
  • The Power of Conversational Diagnostics (Public Preview) and Diagnostic Workflows | Microsoft Community Hub
• Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
  • Announcing Conversational Diagnostics (Public Preview) for AKS at Ignite 2024 | Microsoft Community Hub
• Azure Functions
  • Announcing Conversational Diagnostics (Public Preview) for Azure Functions | Microsoft Community Hub
• Azure API Management (APIM)

Ubiquitous Availability

In addition to expanding the range of supported Azure Products, we’re excited to announce that all these functionalities will be accessible on multiple canvases:

• Diagnose and solve problems: Access Conversational Diagnostics directly from the Azure Portal under “Diagnose and solve problems.”
• Copilot in Azure: Engage with Conversational Diagnostics using Copilot in Azure.
• GitHub Copilot: Invoke Conversational Diagnostics in GitHub Copilot Chat within your development workflow using azure and natural language.

Beyond Ignite 2024

While the updates mentioned above will be available around the Ignite 2024 timeframe, we are also planning to expand Conversational Diagnostics to include additional Azure Products:

• Azure Cache for Redis
• Azure Logic Apps
• Azure Container Apps
