Export Viva Goals OKR to Excel not listed as an option
I'm looking to export my OKRs to Excel and the option is not available to me in the export selection. I am able to export to PowerPoint, but the formatting is not useful. I am the admin and the option for "OKR export to excel" in my Admin Dashboard has "Anyone in the organization" selected. Has anybody experienced this and found a resolution?
OKRs vs KPIs
Many organisations have set up existing KPIs that help them to track the state of key measures across their organisation, with these either being transparent to all or shared at regular townhalls. The temptation would be to use these in their entirety within Viva Goals to power the key results of your OKRs but that would be a mistake. One of the super powers of OKRs is to have Focus and to share that Focus from the strategy of the organisation at the top down to each level. Empowering each layer in an organisation to define their own metrics for success for the top level objective brings a more personal goal that is aligned to what the organisation is striving to achieve. Viva Goals: Analytics Drilldown no longer working
Last week when I clicked on the 'analytics' tab for a team I could toggle the "drilldown" option and see all of the sub-teams adoption and engagement. This week it's no longer working. When I select this option I only see the parent team. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this a bug caused by developers or was this done to eliminate this visibility? Hi Viva Goals community, I have a question related to closing and scoring OKRs. When I go to close an Objective (blue bullseye icon) or Key Result (purple speedometer), I am given the option to adjust the score if desired. However, when I go to close an Initiative (green calendar), the Close dialogue box does not have the Score line that allows me to adjust the score - I am forced to take the score that is auto-calculated by Viva Goals. 1) Can people confirm that this is the case for them as well? 2) If this is indeed the case, can anyone from Microsoft or otherwise help me understand why the score adjustment feature is not available on Initiatives? 3) Is there any plan to change this for Initiatives in the future? Power BI integration! IS this an new BUG regarding Viva Power BI integration
I have previously had integration created between a Key Resolved to Power BI, but when I subsequently needed to change I discovered that the overview is now displayed with either no text, or that the text is in white with a white background. When I choose a random line, I get to move on and only then do I see which report I have a choice. This change has occurred recently. Does anyone know what this is from. Anyone else who has discovered this. The picture below illustrates the problem
KPI view not populating on team landing page
When I add a key result to KPI summary it is not surfacing in the KPI view. When I expand the KPI view it states 'If you have OKRs that are tracked by KPI or have added them to the KPI Summary, those KPIs will appear here'. It affects all users in my organisation therefore I am in the process of raising an incident. I wondered if anyone else was experiencing the same and if this is a known issue? Thanks.How do I create a Gantt Chart of all my Key Results under an organisation OKR in Viva Goals?
Im trying to set up all my organisations OKRs and Key Projects and every functionality is great... except when it comes to Visualisation. Im trying to play around with the dashboards and what I want to create is a Gantt Chart for an OKR displaying in a Gantt Chart (By month) the different Key Results and when during the project period they are supposed to happen. The start and due date is written in so it should be able to make it? I just cant figure it out.. please help. Best Sebastian
