Aspirational and Committed settings in Viva Goals

Hi all - on the OKR & Initiatives tab of the Admin dashboard, there used to be settings where you could adjust the status assignments for different numerical thresholds for Aspirational and Committed OKRs.  These seem to have disappeared.  Does anyone know how to access these settings now? (As of 01/30/24.) Thank you for your help!

  • Hi Evan_Hindman, thanks for this question. I reached out to our product team to see what was going on. The options were temporarily disabled to fix a bug we encountered. They should be back up and running this Wednesday (Feb. 7th). Apologies for the inconvenience!

      JulieMorris I also seem to be missing the aspirational and committed setting in the admin bar - I am also having trouble finding where I set the workflows for managers to approve the OKRs. - can you please help?

        KJones320 I believe both of the settings you are looking for are within the "OKRs & Initiatives" tab of the Admin Dashboard.  See screenshot below.

      Thanks for looking into this Julie. I'll check on Thurs 2/8 to see if I can access those settings in the Admin dashboard again and will confirm on this discussion thread. Thanks again!

        JulieMorris Hi Julie - I am still not seeing those numerical threshold settings for Aspirational and Committed goals. I've tried both Chrome and Edge browsers, and have restarted my browsers multiple times. Do you if the product team is still working on the bug, and/or when I should expect to see those settings available in the Admin panel? Thanks again!
