Certificate not showing up in Microsoft Learn account after passing exam
Hello all, Very sorry if I have posted this to the wrong place, but I cannot figure out how to get help to get my certification into my Microsoft Learn account. I have passed my exam, received an email that "Congratulations on passing your Exam" with a link to my Microsoft Learn account, but the certificate itself I cannot locate there. In my Microsoft Learn profile it also says that I have passed 10 exams (including the one I am looking for now), but I only have 9 certifications (surely because the one I'm looking for is missing). How can I get my certificate into my Microsoft Learn account? Or who can I contact about this, and how? Thanks in advance!Microsoft Learning Rooms Weekly Round up 9/4

Feature Overview Request: Add automatic subpage linking functionality to Microsoft Loop that dynamically updates a master/parent page with links to all related subpages. Problem Statement Currently, when users create multiple Loop pages within a workspace or project, there's no automatic way to maintain a centralized navigation system. Users must manually: Copy and paste links between pages Remember to update master pages when creating new subpages Maintain navigation consistency across related pages Keep track of all related pages in large projects This creates maintenance overhead and inconsistent navigation across Loop workspaces. Proposed Solution Auto-Navigation Component Add a new Loop component called "Navigation Links" or "Subpage Directory" that: Automatically detects when new subpages are created within the same workspace Dynamically updates the master page with formatted links to new subpages Categorizes subpages by type, tags, or user-defined groups Maintains link validity and removes broken/deleted page references #MicrosoftLoop #ProductFeedback #Automation #Productivity #Navigation

Windows 11 lock screen bug
We are having an issue where some users cannot log back into windows 11 after going to a lock screen. Windows will tell you the password or username is incorrect even though the credentials are defiantly correct. The only solution I've found so far is to reboot the machine. What could be causing this? Our users are loosing unsaved work from having to reboot through out the day.
Need Help Adding Contacts on my Client's Profile
Hi Team, My client wants to add a bunch of contacts under her profile. She said that she shared it with me so I can edit and add contacts. Now, every time I add contacts, it is saved under my contacts and not hers. I don't see her profile either. Kindly help.Issue with Certification not appearing on MS Learn profile
Hi Reaching out to you as I found that one of my certifications does not appear on my MS Learn profile. The thing is that originally, I got AZ-400 a few years back. Last year I forgot to do the renewal on November 2024 and got expired. On February 2025 I decided to retake the exam and obtained the certification. However, when I see my MS Learn profile, I only see the expired certification. Not the new one. Can you help me to get the new certification listed on my profile? Thanks in advance.
Dynamic Adaptive Cards
Hello, I'm a teacher and currently trying to build a co-pilot agent for self assessment of an exam or many exams. Therefore I build a Sharepoint list with all the competences for every exam (or more likely going to). With the help of a flow I create a code for an adaptive card. Now I use this flow in a copilot agent to create an adaptive card in a conversation, where the student can do the self assessment. So far I was able to show the adaptive card as I want to but struggling to get the answers of the user. Because I don't create the adaptive card in the topic on it's own but use the output of the flow as a variable, I think some things get a bit more complicated (please correct me if I'm wrong) This would be a part of the JSON of my adaptive card, which I create through the flow. And again the competences are different depending on the exam, so I will always have different id's and I don't know how to handle this. Topic.karte is the name of the output variable of the flow. It has the string Version of the code above. And it seems to work, because I can see the adaptive card in the chat. JSON(ParseJSON(Topic.karte)) But now I have no clue how I can get the answers of the self assessment. I created an output: kind: Record properties: Output: type: kind: Record Now I created a message with the expression: JSON(Topic.Output) The message I get is zero. So my conclusion is that it doesn't safe the output correctly. But I have no clue how to fix it or where the actual problem is. So I would be really thankful for any help or advice or some link where I can get some help. Issues getting a Sandbox.
Seems like when i'm being provisioned a sandbox, it always throws and "woops, something went wrong" error and then continues and gets stuck on 99%, unable to finish the modules on Learn, have checked my Sandbox directory in Azure (which gets created) and that does not have any type of subscription in place, so understandably something is not working correct. Yes i have tried multiple browsers, both incognito and not, i have tried clearing cache and deleting cookies, signed out of other accounts etc. I have also tried running stuff on a separate network and i still get the same error, kinda annoying that one can't finish the modules because of this, anyone else having issues? I must include that my account has 2 directories, and yes i have tried swapping in the azure portal before trying to retry getting a sandbox, this goes on all the modules i have been working on (most az-104 modules).Microsoft 365 office app activation on Citrix published apps
Hi, We have multiple users are experiencing persistent issues with Microsoft 365 license activation while using Citrix with FSLogix for user profiles and Microsoft Office applications published as apps. Users are frequently prompted to sign in to Office for activation, and often encounter the message “Your product is not activated.” Additionally, there are instances of errors occurring during the activation process. Although users can work without issues after signing in, the activation prompt reappears intermittently, ranging from one to several weeks before reappearing. We use M365 E3 license for users FSLogix version - 2.9.8884 Office apps we have latest version on VDA servers. What if Microsoft offered a certification specifically for an organization's business users/end-users on cybersecurity best practices and how to be a security first/responsible business user. The cert could cover Cybersecurity basics, data security best practices, keeping your devices and data safe from malware, protect your info from phishing scams, defending against ransomware, and more. This certification would not be as exhaustive as our technical certifications, uniquely targeting the business/end-user audience.
