Is this the right place to discuss issues with Skype / Copilot integration?
I'm a retired Microsoft Alumni, looking for good support on an bug report. Integration with Salesforce Service Cloud
Exploring the use cases for CP for Service with SF Service Cloud integration. I understand that it can connect to the SF KB to source information. However how does the embedded CP into SF work? Is it able to read and summarise data within SF page? Or does it require the agent to input the description into the CP? Does it ever pull case information from SF so it can provide case history or related tickets, or is it purely just connected to the KB? I'm also not entirely clear on the differentiators between CP Service and CP Studio, in Studio you can create CPs that have external data sources from SF. CP 365 would provide the Teams calls/summaries. I am also assuming you would need CP Studio to set up the customer facing bot and this is not included in CP Service?
Copilot for Service roadmap on context awareness
I am writing to inquire about the roadmap of Copilot for Service in the use case of Salesforce/ServiceNow in the scenario of understanding the context of customer conversations (e.g. email or real-time communication). Will it be available? Regarding the experience/configuration, given that we can embed the service chatbot through an iFrame script today, would the configuration to enable context awareness be a completely different setup?

My facebook is flooded with Co-Pilot adds showing reimagined photos based on an original pic. The ads show a before and after. I wanted to try that and on both my windows desktop and IOS phone, it never reimagines the uploaded photo. If I ask it "to reimagine image as a pixar movie poster", then it spits out Pixar movie posters without a hint of the uploaded image. What am I doing wrong?
How to uninstall Copilot
Can anyone walk me through a simple way to uninstall this stupid copilot that I never wanted nor asked for? I have read the instructions and am completely lost. This is ridiculous for Microsoft to put crap on my computer that I do not want or ask for. Any help would be greatly appreciated because I am a carpenter not a computer GURU. Thanks very much
Cannot save/publish Copilot GPTs
I am exploring the Creating a new Copilot GPT. But After I follow the guidance of Copilot and build a copilot GPT, I failed to save/publish the GPT with the error And there are no other tips why the data is wrong. I let Copilot to check, and it tells me everything is fine.
