Copilot for Service roadmap on context awareness

I am writing to inquire about the roadmap of Copilot for Service in the use case of Salesforce/ServiceNow in the scenario of understanding the context of customer conversations (e.g. email or real-time communication).

 

Will it be available? Regarding the experience/configuration, given that we can embed the service chatbot through an iFrame script today, would the configuration to enable context awareness be a completely different setup?

    Thanks for your question! Yes, context awareness is in backlog, but the feature details are still in discussion. Please monitor the release notes for more details.
