Hi Have there been any partner announcements for the retirement of Fundraising and Engagement? This is from a F&E customer's post on LinkedIn (not the best way for a Partner to find out the news!): Fundraising and Engagement will be retired Microsoft remains committed to providing affordable and relevant technology and skilling to nonprofit organizations worldwide. As we continue to innovate and enhance our technology offerings, we are making strategic updates to our suite of solutions. Notably, the Fundraising and Engagement solution will be retired, with technical support concluding at 11:59 PM PT (US) on December 31, 2026. As of July 15, 2024, Microsoft will continue providing necessary security updates, but will not make additional enhancements to Fundraising and Engagement. Between July 15, 2024, and December 31, 2026, you can continue to use Fundraising and Engagement, apply security updates as they are made available from Microsoft, and receive technical support from Microsoft. After December 31, 2026, Microsoft will no longer implement security updates for Fundraising and Engagement, and there will be no further technical support for the solution. What action should your organization take? We want to ensure that all customers have a successful path forward on the Microsoft Cloud for their organizational fundraising needs. Customers currently using Fundraising and Engagement should work with their Microsoft Partner to identify the future configuration of Dynamics 365 Sales needed to meet their specific needs. If your organization does not have a Microsoft Partner, you can find a partner with knowledge of the Fundraising and Engagement solution at Microsoft.com/nonprofits. Alternatively, customers can explore Microsoft partner solutions for donor management and fundraising built on Dynamics 365 Sales that have been specifically designed for customers transitioning from Fundraising and Engagement, including solutions from Barhead, mhance, and SylogistMission CRM. More solutions will be coming soon in the Partner solutions area of Solution Center. Hi, I'm looking through the new Jan 2024 price list to see which are the offers that cannot be bought as per the Dec 2023 https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/announcements/2023-november#new-commerce-launch-and-migration-details-for-cloud-solution-provider-us-government-community-cloud-education-and-nonprofit-per-user-legacy-offers, but I can see some Non-Profit SKUs in the Commercial segment; these can actually be bought (see an example in the screenshot below). Is this a mistake of some kind? Appreciate any input, AnnaAnna_VJan 02, 2024Copper Contributor841Views0likes6CommentsDocumentation on posting completed Cloud for Nonprofit projects to Partner Center?
Hi everyone! For the past few months, we've been pouring through every link, document, discussion thread, help chat, and email support we could to understand something that seems like it should be very simple: how do we post the completion of a Dynamics implementation project for a nonprofit organization? This is a prerequisite for some partner programs with Microsoft TSI, so it's critical we understand how to do this; however, as of now, we can't find anyone at Microsoft or in the community that can guide us step-by-step to do this. Any recommendations or success stories?cozimekJun 07, 2023Brass Contributor1KViews3likes6CommentsMicrosoft 365 Copilot Business
Hi Elevate team It was great to hear about the new Copilot licensing tier for SMBs, Microsoft 365 Copilot Business. As this new pricing tier is lower than the current nonprofit discount (US$21/user/month compared to the 15% discount of US$25.50/user/month). I was wondering what the official guidance is for small and medium nonprofits (those who have a Microsoft 365 Business plan and fewer than 300 users)? Will a new nonprofit discount be made available based on the lower tier? Or should small and medium nonprofits look at moving to the new SMB Business SKU?
