Request to Consolidate Microsoft Learn Profiles and Access Certifications
Hello Microsoft Support, I have two Microsoft Learn profiles linked to different accounts: email address removed for privacy reasons and email address removed for privacy reasons. I cannot access all my certification achievements or download my certificates. Please help consolidate these profiles so all learning history and certifications are associated with a single account, preferably email address removed for privacy reasons. How can I transfer the Microsoft Certification credentials I’ve earned under one personal Microsoft Learn account to another personal account, ensuring that all certifications, badges, and transcripts are consolidated under my main profile? Both are personal account have the same legal name and verified thru Pearson Vue/Certiport.
Microsoft Teams Loop Feature Request: Automatic Subpage Navigation Links
Feature Overview Request: Add automatic subpage linking functionality to Microsoft Loop that dynamically updates a master/parent page with links to all related subpages. Problem Statement Currently, when users create multiple Loop pages within a workspace or project, there's no automatic way to maintain a centralized navigation system. Users must manually: Copy and paste links between pages Remember to update master pages when creating new subpages Maintain navigation consistency across related pages Keep track of all related pages in large projects This creates maintenance overhead and inconsistent navigation across Loop workspaces. Proposed Solution Auto-Navigation Component Add a new Loop component called "Navigation Links" or "Subpage Directory" that: Automatically detects when new subpages are created within the same workspace Dynamically updates the master page with formatted links to new subpages Categorizes subpages by type, tags, or user-defined groups Maintains link validity and removes broken/deleted page references #MicrosoftLoop #ProductFeedback #Automation #Productivity #Navigation
Windows 11 lock screen bug
We are having an issue where some users cannot log back into windows 11 after going to a lock screen. Windows will tell you the password or username is incorrect even though the credentials are defiantly correct. The only solution I've found so far is to reboot the machine. What could be causing this? Our users are loosing unsaved work from having to reboot through out the day.
Need Help Adding Contacts on my Client's Profile
Hi Team, My client wants to add a bunch of contacts under her profile. She said that she shared it with me so I can edit and add contacts. Now, every time I add contacts, it is saved under my contacts and not hers. I don't see her profile either. Kindly help.
Dynamic Adaptive Cards
Hello, I'm a teacher and currently trying to build a co-pilot agent for self assessment of an exam or many exams. Therefore I build a Sharepoint list with all the competences for every exam (or more likely going to). With the help of a flow I create a code for an adaptive card. Now I use this flow in a copilot agent to create an adaptive card in a conversation, where the student can do the self assessment. So far I was able to show the adaptive card as I want to but struggling to get the answers of the user. Because I don't create the adaptive card in the topic on it's own but use the output of the flow as a variable, I think some things get a bit more complicated (please correct me if I'm wrong) This would be a part of the JSON of my adaptive card, which I create through the flow. And again the competences are different depending on the exam, so I will always have different id's and I don't know how to handle this. Topic.karte is the name of the output variable of the flow. It has the string Version of the code above. And it seems to work, because I can see the adaptive card in the chat. JSON(ParseJSON(Topic.karte)) But now I have no clue how I can get the answers of the self assessment. I created an output: kind: Record properties: Output: type: kind: Record Now I created a message with the expression: JSON(Topic.Output) The message I get is zero. So my conclusion is that it doesn't safe the output correctly. But I have no clue how to fix it or where the actual problem is. So I would be really thankful for any help or advice or some link where I can get some help. Taking the MCE exam out of the US (in Benelux)
I finished the "21st century learning design" learning path on Microsoft Learn. I wanted to take the https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/certifications/microsoft-certified-educator/?ns-enrollment-type=Collection&ns-enrollment-id=w11xizt686j0mm&practice-assessment-type=certification ASAP (so the content of the learning path is still fresh). After selecting Belgium and cliking "Schedule an exam" I end up on the https://certiport.pearsonvue.com/Certifications/Microsoft/Schedule that mentions clearly they won't host the test for me since I am out of the US. They say I need to reach out to the https://certiport.pearsonvue.com/Solution-providers. The https://www.fitinit.nl/ (I am located in Belgium). I contacted them in French, English and Dutch via email. No response so far. I reached out to Certiport as well with no response so far. It has been two weeks now... I am hoping someone from Belgium or anywhere in the Benelux region can direct me to a person or provider that will allow me to take this test. Thanks!Events in the next 2 weeks!

I also take courses on Microsoft Learn. In the videos and written tutorials, they explain how to do certain things — for example, in Power Automate. But often, the version of the program I have on my PC is not the same as the one shown in the videos or instructions. This makes learning difficult. It would be very helpful if Microsoft Learn clearly indicated which version of the software is being used in each tutorial or video.Copilote + Machine Learning
Hello, my name is Benoit Chevalier. I’m someone who struggles with writing and often makes many mistakes. Copilot has been a huge help for me in writing professional letters and documents. I’ve noticed that more and more websites are integrating their own chatboxes or artificial intelligence into their platforms. Personally, I have difficulty with both writing and reading. Copilot helps me correct my texts and understand content that I find hard to read. For example, I can ask it to translate texts into French or explain complex information. However, I’ve noticed that many chatboxes and websites are only available in English. It would be very helpful to have the option to view everything in French, even if the original site was written in another language. Finally, I’d like to share an idea: integrating a personalized digital fingerprint using machine learning. This fingerprint could recognize the user no matter where they are — on their PC or elsewhere — and automatically adapt the experience (language, preferences, accessibility). Hi I found it strange that for example below certification is in "active" state: Certification number: AA430E-VD6600 Microsoft® Certified Technology Specialist: Windows Server 2008 R2, Desktop Virtualization Earned on April 4, 2012 Does Microsoft ever clean up? Struggling to have values appear as "Yes" or "no" for > or < numbers
Hey guys, I am trying to create a stocktake sheet in which is smart enough to tell me after stocktake if I require to order items. I understand how to create the cells to be reactive to numbers >8 turn green and numbers <9 turn red to indicate they are getting low. I am looking to have these state "Yes" and "No" Under the Order column. Is this possible, if so could you please let me know the function/equation in which does this?
