Step 1: Windows Autopilot registration overview (5 mins)

Before deploying a device using Windows Autopilot, register it with the deployment service. Learn about requirements and options to register and deregister devices using Microsoft Intune.

Step 2: Create device groups for Windows Autopilot (4 mins)

Instead of manually registering devices with Windows Autopilot, use Intune to create an Autopilot device group. Follow these step-by-step instructions to add devices and assign users to devices. Additionally, learn about using Autopilot in other portals and for existing devices.

Step 3: Configure Autopilot profiles (6 mins)

After creating a device group, apply a deployment profile to each device in the group. Deployment profiles determine the deployment mode and customize the OOBE for your end users.
