MicrosoftRe: Microsoft Partner Marketing Resources | Request to access the library
Hi AlfredoIorio,
If you click that link you should go to a SharePoint that has the marketing resources. If it is your first time to the site, it'll ask you to click to request access. That access request is reviewed by our marketing team every business day. If you request access today you should have access by early next week.
Please let me know if the site is not functioning as I described. Thanks.

I was expecting to see a request page when clicking the link, but I got an error message about my user and the SharePoint site tenant:
