Microsoft"Create or Upload" at the upper right , Huh ? No where in any Microsoft Product the creation of a new something is at the upper right ! For god sake, who designed and validated that UI change? This is utterly stupid. As mentioned by shawnpmiller this is also the opposite of the OneDrive experience. Microsoft once again creates non-sense.
