Thank you. Two questions which I would deem crucial.
1) How about referencing the source of the answer (i.e. the document, sharepoint site) for the user to double-check the answer?
2) How about allowing weblinks to external documents as as source? And/or the linked documents on sharepoint sites/news respectively? (We are trying to bring internal and external content together. If only upload of documents is possible we will have the risk that some of the documents are outdated.. BTW: can the source of the FAQ be updated/enlarged at any time without the need to set it up again?)
