For legal reasons I am unable to upload my corporate mails, calendar and contacts to the Microsoft Cloud. How am I supposed to use this version of Outlook instead of the current one? 
The cloud is fine when it is an opt in not when it is forced for profit. 
You are effectively removing functionality by breaking the ability to directly communicate with third party servers and locally store mails. 
This software is not a mail client is an ad-based data harvest hole in your desktop inside an operating system you already paid for. The ultimate con.
