I dont know why many options and functions are missing from the new outlook, but I've noticed a few that get me all triggered:
1. When reviewing emails with an unread filter -- the emails do not refresh as read
2. I am unable to select multiple days to show up on one screen -- for example, unable to select Monday,Wednesday and next Wednesday like I can on the current outlook -- while I should not have to explain myself, it aids in organization.
3. Search is a disaster (on the current one as well) as phone numbers rarely populate the people card.
4. The current outlook is infinitely customizable with the ability to place all commands on the toolbar. There are obscure commands that i like, for example, search people.
5. When receiving an attachment with multiple people, i'd like to be able to forward it to someone new while keeping the cc'd people on the email.
There are so many functions that people use day to day that have not been studied and are not included in this email client. This product appears cluttered and hard to use. It is a disappointment.
