I moved to the Outlook preview a week ago because I'm looking for one location where I can access my email, my calendar, my contacts, and my tasks across all my devices. (I realise contacts and tasks aren't currently in preview, but hope they'll follow at a later date.)
My current situation is that my email (across an IMAP and a gmail account) is in Outlook preview which doesn't sync with the Outlook app on my phone, and no calendar. My calendar was in the calendar app, and is now in OWA, but nowhere else.
I'm effectively having to use three different versions of Outlook to access email and calendar, and am only being offered automated support which has been sending me in circles for the last few days.
Microsoft, you do a very good sales pitch, but you're fast losing a committed follower. How do I get proper support for this?
