Things to know about the new Outlook for Windows

I have been using Microsoft Outlook for years, going through numerous new versions which have, until now, all been acceptable, if not wonderful. I love the standard view where I can easily read and write emails. When I saw the little box in the upper right corner of Outlook 365 that allowed me to try the newest version, I clicked on it and tried it for about a week. Oh no, no, no! Please, this is the absolute WORST version you have come up with and it is a complete and total change to the Outlook that we have come to love and depend on. I was so disappointed that I went back to the older version, which is much more user friendly. There are so many things that are either missing completely, or so hidden in the "new" version that it is extremely frustrating to try to find what was previously right in front of our eyes. When a person wants to read, sort through email or send a new email, the last thing we want to do is to have to search all over for what we need! Please, if you are going to make something better, do not destroy what was not broken in the first place! Otherwise, users will just go somewhere else where it is not so frustrating to do basic email.
