I'm seriously very concerned about the direction of MS Outlook, and indeed Office overall. The dumbing-down of Outlook is seriously impacting workflows and efficiency. IMAP support seems to have disappeared, as MS are trying to force us all on to 365 mail. Well I already have 365, but I also have other business email accounts on IMAP which will NOT transfer to 365 for various business reasons.
After using Outlook for 24 years, I am now trialling for the past 2 weeks the eM Client which has allowed me to connect 3 separate 365 accounts and 4 IMAP accounts, together with their contacts and calendars. Working very well for me so far ! I hope 2024 will allow me to say goodbye to MS Outlook - not through my choice, but by the direction of MS is taking Outlook.
