imap Only?!
I live remote - no roads, access by float plane or boat. The nearest phone tower is 19 miles away on a high mountain. I can access the internet only on certain days and for certain periods - if the weather is right. I do this through a hotspot with limited capability.
I had to buy a new computer recently, and MS Office 365 came with it. When I loaded the program (back in the Lower 48 at a location that had a strong Wi-Fi connection), it automatically loaded the "New" Outlook. This only gives me the option of iMap, and won't let me store the emails on my computer. You have effectively cut me off from my emails.
I need to be able to download and store my emails automatically so that I can read them offline in Outlook and write replies that will then transmit the next time I can get a connection.
Please fix this ASAP.
