Hi everyone,
I tried to switch from "old" mail and calendar app to "new Outlook" on my Windows 11 PC. I have a private gmail address and a work address (I am a school teacher). Gmail works fine, but I don't manage to set up my school address in new Outlook.
My school address is a normal Exchange address which worked well in the old app. When I switch to the new app, this Exchange account disappears. When I try to add it as a new account, new Outlook asks me for IMAP details, but it is Exchange. When I click "choose provider" (or something like that, it's in german), I can choose "Exchange 365", new Outlook works for about a minute and then stops saying it can't reach the server.
I don't understand why my Exchange account doesn't work with new Outlook although it worked with the old app.
Could you please give me some advice?
