AshimamI am double clicking the way I do normally works without issue on classic and every other windows program but New Outlook is totally unreliable(which indicates to me the issue is with the new client) and the shift enter is actually harder to do than a double click. Opening does not remember the screen it was closed on so emails continue to open on the secondary screen(location of client) not the primary screen which would be normal behavior of a windows program. Shift + Enter is not a efficient replacement for double click.
Inserting screenshots in the method you mention is also a less efficient way than currently classic does it. I have to invoke the snipping tool (i have this pinned to the taskbar) I then have to hit the new button in the snipping tool and then click back in the email body and ctrl V then rinse and repeat.
Both solutions are inefficient compared to classic.
Without mentioning the other issues I have with new it is simply not in a state we will consider for site testing. The line "it will come in future updates", which seems to be Microsofts current development MO doesn't cut it. We will only consider site testing with a outlook client that is closer in features to classic that new currently is.
