M365 business/enterprise/edu licensed accounts will need to use the Outlook experiences that you signed up for when you decide on which M365 plan you wanted for your organization. In your case, your licenses included the rights to M365 Web and Mobile apps, which are fantastic. Outlook web will be a great alternative to Windows Mail. It has much more email/calendar capability and a much better experience for interacting with your M365 services like Teams, OneDrive, WXP, etc.
