I have tried downloading Microsoft 365 both through my subscription page and through the Microsoft Apps page with no success. It says it downloaded successfully at the end, but refuses to acknowledge or open my word docs on my desktop. I even uninstalled malwarebytes in case that was blocking it, but it just won't open my office docs. Please help!
