Use multiple phone numbers in a unified experience with Teams Phone user multi-line

This is exactly what we have been waiting for - a more convenient way to configure multi-line and configure routing policies at the phone number level, instead of configuring only at the user account level.

Now.....can we ask when we can expect a universal external contact list to be made available without 3rd party software? It's kind of nuts that we have gotten to this level of capability in Teams without one.
