I wonder if we can have more detailed overview of 2nd point? Would be great to hear from Microsoft how exactly we can leverage CQD and QER templates to track our state and prepare for hybrid (with some pictures maybe). It's not obvious at all and unfortunately there's no much how-tos or articles related to that topic in the web. Only a few by Siunie Sutjahjo 😊.

I also would like to bring up that for a big companies it's a challenge even with CQD and PBI templates to have a clear view over multiple locations around the globe.
