For was it's worth I also have a demo unit not reporting to TAC.
It does in fact have the Agent service installed BUT the service crashes at startup by complaining:
Could not find file C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WinAgent\Prod\win_agent.json.
Well I cannnot find either! 😉
