Hi All,
I have an issue with 2 Yealink T41S IP Phones. I can get them connected to my tenant and sign in on each(Common Area Phone license is being used). The T41S phones can receive calls perfectly but cannot dial out no matter the destination. There is no dial tone on either when attempting to call out. I also have multiple Yealink T33G's and one T40P which are all working as they should. The main problem is the 2 Yealink T41S's. I have factory reset both multiple times and restarted them, this was recommended by the troubleshooting CAP guide. But still no luck :(. *All IP Phones are on the same exact network.
Any Ideas on what could be causing this?
Another query I have is why does Teams support adding extension numbers to users but they cannot be custom? They require you to create a dial plan to normalize the suffix of the DDI assigned to the user? E.g, +123456789 is the DDI assigned to user but the extension for that user has to be 789 and can't be 200 or 201?
