Dear Microsoft
I have two supported IP-Phone in place, one is a Poly VVX 400 and Audiocodes 445HD, witch was working in my Lab for a few weeks. But last week, both phones have been rebooted unexpected and are now Offline. No change was made on the IP-Phone. I have reset boot IP-Phones and configured the provisioning URL from the Microsoft planning website. Both Ip-Phones shows the Sign-In Page with the Code, but I can't register the Device again and nothing happen on the Device after sign-in with the Authenticator broker. Additional, the broker Login/Device Account under SIP Gateway cant's be removed and I have no idea how to cleanup for a fresh registration.
Additional, I could not find any information for removing the Sign-Out Button from the home Screen of the Ip-Phones. Also the Admin Guide from Poly and Audiocodes does not help. As we plan to deploy a few IP-Phones in a Managed Service customer engagement, this is not acceptable to get full control. Therefor we need more guidance from Microsoft on how to apply specific settings to the IP-Phone.
