I'm testing with a Poly VVX 400, AC 440HD, and Yealink T48S. I'm able to add the provisioning server to each device manually through the web interface, but they all fail to register /onboard with the SIP Gateway.
For example, the Poly VVX 400 restarts after entering the provisioning server info, boots to the main screen displaying the Teams Logo and Sign-In button, but presents an error saying "Line1: [SIP] (Not Registered) *SIP:Server-1: obsbc-usea.sdg.teams.micosoft.com (Not Registered 0)"
The AudioCodes 440HD boots and displays "Registration in Progress", then immediately goes to "Registration Failure"
Since the device won't onboard/register with the SIP Gateway service, it can't proceed to activate with Teams using the activation code. I've already verified the SIP Gateway service is enabled in the TAC Calling Policy, and ensured all ports are open. I have a premier case open with MSFT, so we'll see how this progresses.
